Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the video while unpackaging the product from iccessories secured seal and receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
Please note: for claiming return or refund regarding damage customer have to share a proper video while opening the package. without a video we will not accept any return or refund request
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All refund’s will not include any shipping charges.
Refund amount will be credited to the iccessories wallet or source account.
Refund processing time is 7 to 14 Working days, and it may take up to 14 business days to reflect in the customer’s bank account.
Cancellation of Shipped Orders:
If the customer requests to cancel the product after shipping, 70% of the order value will be deducted, and the remaining value will be credited to the iccessories wallet or source account.
- The deduction covers material, labor charges, and packaging expenses incurred by the company.
Cancellation of Delivered Products:
If the cancellation is requested after delivery & within 2 hours, 80% of the order value will be charged per product for return and handling charges if a refund to the customer’s bank account is desired. Charges may vary depending on the product. Shipping charges will no refunded.Â
